About KK Cookie Co.

KK Cookie Co. is a cottage food operation in Simi Valley, CA, operating under California's Cottage Food Law. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the State or local health department.

Orders

• Orders are accepted during the open window for each drop only.
• All orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly.
• Order quantities may be limited per customer per drop.
• By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

Pickup

• All orders are pickup only — we do not offer delivery.
• Pickup location and time will be specified in your order confirmation.
• If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Unclaimed orders after the pickup window may be forfeited without refund.

Payment

• Payment is accepted at pickup via Zelle, Venmo, or cash.
• Orders are reserved upon submission and confirmed upon payment at pickup.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because our cookies are made fresh in small batches to order, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is placed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Allergens

Our products are made in a home kitchen that also processes wheat, eggs, milk, and soy. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please review ingredient lists carefully before ordering if you have food allergies.
